Career growth isn’t linear; it’s built.
In this session, Bharat Amin shares a practical “career flywheel” drawn from his progression from manager to director to VP to EVP/CIO and, later, board service. He’ll unpack how purpose helps you choose the right moves; passion sustains momentum, and deliberate discomfort accelerates learning. With real examples—including lessons shaped by travel across seven continents—attendees will leave with actionable ideas to expand influence, take smarter risks, and reinvent themselves as technology (and AI) reshapes roles and opportunities.
